What kind of game is CHRONO MA:GIA?

CHRONO MA:GIA is a free-to-play competitive card game in which players do battle using unique Gifted heroes, various Skills, and a wide selection of cards.

Can I play on a PC?

CHRONO MA:GIA is not available for play on PCs.

Can I play for free?

The application is free to download.
While you can fully enjoy the game for free, card packs and items that aid progress through the game are available for purchase.
*Card packs may also be acquired for free by completing the Tutorial, and though in-game rewards and events.

Is a network connection required?

CHRONO MA:GIA is an online game, and requires an Internet connection via 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi, or similar.
*Data downloads and updates via 3G connections make take longer to complete.

Is it OK to change the time/date settings on my device to affect the game?

Manipulating the time/date settings on your device may cause issues with the game data. Unexpected errors and/or data corruption may result.
Purchased items and other data lost via corruption may not be restored, so we strongly caution against manipulating time/date settings and instead advise players to use the proper settings for their region.
*Setting adjustments to keep the device time accurate are permitted.

Regarding Game Data

Can I back up my game data and transfer it to a different device?

Game data back up and data transfer may be accomplished using Social Media link, iCloud backup, or your Google Account.

Regarding the Social Media Link
Using the Others > Link/Backup Data > Link to Social Media menu option allows you to tie your game data to your social media account, after which you can transfer or restore your game data after changing devices or deleting the app.

*The social media link requires either a Facebook or LINE account.
Data transfer is handled by tapping the Support button on the title screen, then Transfer Data via Social Account.

What is my Secret Code?

Your Secret Code proves that you are the owner of your game data. It is sometimes required information for customer support. Your Secret Code is important information, so never reveal it on social media or share with with third parties.

In-Game Issues

I receive a network error and can’t play.

Depending on your network status, you may find yourself unable to connect to the game or successfully transmit data.
Please try connecting from a location with a strong signal.

The cards from the pack I bought are unavailable for use in-game.

Please check My Page > User Info > Card Pack History to see if the acquired cards are listed.
If you are still unable to locate the cards, it’s possible that they were disposed of and/or broken down through user error. Please note that we will not restore cards that have been broken down for Suit Pieces.
*Please note that the Card Pack History only displays details for the three most recently acquired packs from the past week.

I’m unable to purchase items.

It’s possible that Apple or Google is experiencing an issue with their payment system.
*If an item purchase fails, please do not attempt to purchase additional items until the issue has been resolved.

I purchased an item, but it hasn’t been reflected within the game.

Depending on your network connection, it may take some time between an item purchase and the addition of the item in-game. The item will generally appear after a short wait or after rebooting the device.
*If the item fails to appear, please do not repeat the purchase. Reboot your device as instructed above.
